Campaign Organizer

1. The campaign "25% DISCOUNT on Jellyxir creams" is organized by Momirov E-COMMERCE SRL, with its registered office in Timiș, Recaș, str. Răsăritului nr. 6, tax registration code RO40244659, registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J35/4325/2018, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. Duration and scope of the campaign

2.1 The campaign runs from 25.05.2026, 00:00, until 31.05.2026, 23:59, both in the online store on the website https://momirov.ro, and in the physical stores MOMIROV Boutique, located in ATRIUM MALL Arad and MOMIROV Boutique located in Timisoara - Euro Commercial Complex, row 8, stand T62, in compliance with the provisions of this Regulation, which are mandatory for all participants.

2.2 Online participants understand and accept that the use of the website is in accordance with the Terms and Conditions published on the website, as well as the Privacy Policy.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify any of the conditions of this Regulation during the campaign, for well-founded reasons, by means of an addendum published on the website https://momirov.ro.

3. Products participating in the campaign

3.1 The campaign applies exclusively to selected products available on the website https://momirov.ro, as well as in the Momirov Boutique physical store in Atrium Mall Arad and Momirov Boutique in Timisoara - Euro Commercial Complex, row 8, stand T62.

3.2 The offer is valid for all orders placed on the website https://momirov.ro and purchases from the Momirov Boutique physical store in Atrium Mall Arad and Momirov Boutique in Timisoara - Euro Commercial Complex, row 8, stand T62, while stocks last.

3.3 During the campaign period from 25.05.2026 to 31.05.2026, customers benefit from a 25% DISCOUNT on the following products: Jellyxir Moonlight Cream, 50ml, Jellyxir Sunrise Cream, 50ml

3.4 During the campaign, other vouchers or discount codes CANNOT be combined with the active promotion.

4. Right to participate

4.1 The campaign is addressed to all Momirov Cosmetics customers, individuals over 18 years of age and/or legal entities, domiciled/headquartered in Romania.
By participating in the campaign, participants express their agreement with the provisions of this Regulation.

5. Personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the laws in force for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, all participants in the campaign are guaranteed their rights, namely the right to information, the right to access data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, the right to object, the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing and the right to appeal to the courts.

6. Complaints, notifications, disputes

6.1 Complaints or notifications regarding the conduct of the campaign may be submitted in writing by the participant to the Organizer's headquarters, sent by email, to the attention of the Marketing Department, using the data from the Contact page.

6.2 Any misunderstandings between the Organizer and the campaign participants will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, the parties will submit the dispute for resolution to the competent courts, in accordance with legal provisions.

7. Final provisions

The campaign regulation is made available to all interested parties, free of charge on the website https://momirov.ro/. By participating in the campaign, customers express their agreement with the content of the campaign regulation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify this Regulation at any time during the campaign, by means of an addendum that will be posted on the website www.momirov.ro.
