1. Order Processing
The delivery term is 2-7 business days from the verification and validation of the order by a Momirov e-commerce SRL employee. In certain situations, orders may require additional verification before shipment, such as:
- Lack of a valid phone number or a complete delivery address;
- Discrepancies in order data (e.g., unusually large number of products, possible selection errors).
If such situations arise, the customer will be contacted by phone, email, or WhatsApp/Facebook messages to confirm and correct the information. Orders will enter the packaging and shipping process only after they are validated with the customer.
Momirov e-commerce SRL reserves the right to cancel and not ship an order in the following cases:
- The customer does not respond to contact attempts (phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook) for clarifying order details;
- The order contains incorrect or incomplete information, making delivery impossible;
- The order raises reasonable suspicions that it was placed erroneously (e.g., an unusually large number of products or ingredients);
- The customer has a history of repeated refusal of previously shipped orders. If a customer has refused to pick up two or more orders in the past, Momirov Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to no longer accept future orders from them.
2. Product Delivery
Products are delivered within Romania and the European Union, through courier companies with which Momirov e-commerce SRL has contracts.
2.1. Delivery in Romania
- The shipping cost is 15.00 lei per parcel up to 1 kg, only for deliveries within Romania.
- Shipping is free for orders of at least 200 lei, only for deliveries within Romania.
- If the destination locality is not within the courier's coverage area, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery option or to pay an additional fee imposed by the courier company.
2.2. Delivery in the European Union
- International delivery is only available in European Union countries.

Payment must be made in full in advance before the order is dispatched.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and parcel weight. The customer will be informed about delivery rates before completing the order.

The customer cannot choose the courier company, as delivery is exclusively carried out through companies with which Momirov e-commerce SRL has contracts.
- Delivery time for international orders is variable and may be affected by external factors such as customs, transport conditions, or public holidays.
2.3. Delivery Time
The delivery term is indicative and may vary depending on product availability, transport conditions, and factors beyond our control. Momirov e-commerce SRL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company or other external circumstances.
2.4. Delivery Conditions
- The customer must provide a complete and correct address, where they can be found on working days, between 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
- If the customer requests to change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched, they will bear the additional costs imposed by the courier company.
3. Failed Delivery
If the delivery agent fails to deliver after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to Momirov e-commerce SRL.
- The customer may request a new delivery, paying the additional costs related to redelivery.
- If the package is returned and the customer does not request redelivery, the amount paid for products (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receiving the return.
- If a package is returned due to the customer's fault (incorrect address, refusal to pick up, etc.), Momirov Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to request payment of round-trip delivery costs before processing a future order.
4. Refusal to Pick Up the Package
The customer is obliged to pick up the placed order. If they refuse to pick up the package without a justified reason, Momirov Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to apply the following measures:
- Requesting payment of round-trip shipping costs for the refused order;
- Restricting future order placements, with the obligation of full advance payment for subsequent orders;
- If the customer refuses two or more orders, Momirov Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to no longer accept orders from them.
