1. Legal Right of Withdrawal

According to GEO no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date on which they physically take possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written notification to the address: comenzi@momirov.ro.

The withdrawal period is respected if the notification is sent before the expiration of the 14-day period.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to art. 16 letter e) of GEO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to:

• sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery;
• used or consumed products;
• personalized products, if applicable.

In the case of cosmetics and perfumes, unsealed products cannot be returned.

3. Momirov Extended Commercial Policy (30 days)

In addition to the legal right of 14 days, Momirov offers an extended commercial return policy of 30 calendar days for products that are:

• unopened;
• unused;
• in original packaging;
• accompanied by purchase documents.

This facility represents a voluntary commercial policy and does not affect the legal rights of consumers.

4. Return Procedure

4.1 Notification

The customer will complete the return form below, which contains:

• full name;
• order number;
• returned product(s);
• IBAN in RON for reimbursement;
• phone number.

The bank account indicated for reimbursement must be in the name of the order holder. Otherwise, reimbursement may be refused until the situation is clarified.

4.2 Product Shipment

The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Products damaged due to improper packaging may be refused or a diminished value may be withheld.

5. Return Shipping Costs

In the event of exercising the legal right of withdrawal, return costs may be borne by the customer, according to legislation.

As a commercial facility, Momirov may bear the return costs for orders from Romania, if the conditions of this policy are met.

6. Reimbursement of Amounts

Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

Momirov may delay reimbursement until the returned product is received or until proof of its shipment is received.

Reimbursement is made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by another electronic method agreed upon.

Cash refunds are not made.

7. Exceptional Return for Incompatibility

In certain situations, Momirov may accept the return of cosmetic products incompatible with the customer's skin type, with the exception of perfumes.

The acceptance of these returns is made after analyzing each case and does not constitute a legal obligation or a contractual precedent.
